JOIN A BUILDER WITH OVER 40 YEARS OF STABILITY AND REPUTATION
 
2.4% commission on all home sales and an additional 1% for homes sold that are built from the ground up.
(Our quality built homes are completed in 90-120 days) 40% of commission is paid when the home is sold and the remaining 60% is paid when the home closes.
Our homes are backed by a 2 year builder warranty and a 10 year structural warranty
No real estate license or New Home Sales experience required!
  
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the customer through the sales process before, during and after the sale
Ability to generate and follow up on leads
Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with Realtors
Must be dedicated, driven and willing to go the extra mile for the customer  
Ability to overcome objections
Commissioned sales experience
A history of outstanding achievements and proven sales skills
The ability to engage, educate, guide and persuade others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A solid work ethic, integrity and a strong customer focus
Possess self-motivation and initiative
Willingness to learn and the ability to assimilate new information
High school diploma or equivalent
